Fee Structure & Scholarship Schemes

As an autonomous society established by the Government of Punjab, academic fee schedules are subsidized and strictly aligned with PSBTE & IT guidelines.

  • Punjab Post-Matric Scholarship: 100% Tuition Fee Waiver for eligible SC/ST students with family income under ₹2.5 Lakh/annum.
  • Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme: 5% supernumerary seats for meritorious economically weaker candidates.
  • Subsidized Workshop Fee: No extra charge for live CNC tool room machine practice.

Required Documents for Counseling

  • 10th Standard Matriculation Certificate & Marksheet (Original + 3 copies)
  • 10+2 / ITI Certificate (For Lateral Entry candidates)
  • Punjab Domicile / Residence Certificate
  • Category / Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) if applicable
  • Aadhaar Card photocopy
  • 4 Recent Passport Size Color Photographs

How to Enroll for Session 2026–27

Register online or visit the campus counseling desk at Focal Point, Ludhiana.

Document Verification

Bring 10th marksheet, Aadhaar, and category certificates for merit verification.

Seat Allocation

Select your preferred diploma branch (Mechanical, Tool & Die, CSE, Auto, Electrical, Sewing).

Workshop Orientation

Receive your student ID card, workshop lab safety kit, and MRSPTU collaboration syllabus.
